1.04 PROCUREMENT TIMETABLE

A. Pre- Bid Meeting: 13 January 2026, 10:00 AM at NWCC Physical Plant .
B. Last Request for Substitution Due: 3 calendar days prior to due date of bids.
C. Last Request for Information Due: 3 calendar days prior to due date of bids.
D. Bid Due Date: 27 January 2026 , before 2 PM local time.
E. Bid Opening: Same day , 2 PM local time.

1. Location for Receipt of Bids and Bid Opening: McCormick Administration Building at the Senatobia Campus, Office of Purchasing - 2nd Floor, 102 Administration Circle.

F. Notice of Award : Within 45 days after due date .

H. Required Construction Start: Not later than 7 calendar days after Notice to Proceed.

J. Required Final Completion Date: Not later than 30 calendar days after Substantial Completion .
K. Final Completion date is critical due to requirements of Owner's operations.
L. NWCC reserves the right to change the schedule or terminate the entire procurement process at any time.
