1.04 BID NOTICE TO: POTENTIAL BIDDERS

A. Sealed Bids will be received by Tippah County Board of Supervisors for the Tippah County Hospital Parking located at 1005 City Avenue, North, Ripley, MS 38663 until 10:00 AM local time on November 03, 2025. Bids should be addressed and either mailed or delivered to:

1. Tippah County Board of Supervisors, 101 East Spring Street, 2nd Floor, Ripley, MS 38663
B. Electronic Bids will also be received until 10:00 AM local time on November 03, 2025, via electronic online bid submission through www.aercplanroom.com.
C. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud.
D. PROCUREMENT OF PLANS SPECIFICATIONS AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS shall be obtained as follows:

1. Paper copies may be purchased online from www.aercplanroom.com. Paper copies of Contract Bid Documents, including Plans and Specifications, are issued to potential Bidders from:

a. Plan House Printing and Graphics

2. Registering for a free account at www.aercplanroom.com will enable bidders to view and/or order and purchase Contract Bid Documents.

E. Bids will be accepted only under the name of the Bidder to whom Contract documents have been issued by Plan House Printing, on behalf of the Architect, and whose name appears on the official list of Plan holders maintained by the Architect on behalf of the Tippah County Board of Supervisors.
F. Bidders will be required to provide Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the Base Bid.
G. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Section 00 2113 - Instructions to Bidders and
H. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate, and as allowed by the State of Mississippi Public Bid Laws.
I. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of thirty (30) calendar days after submission.
J. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsive responsible and best qualified bidder. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities, the right to reject one or all bids and the option to postpone action and final decision for a period of up to sixty (60) calendar days.
K. All bids submitted in excess of $50,000 by a prime or subcontractor to do any erection, building, construction, repair, maintenance or related work must comply with the Mississippi Contractors Act of 1985 by securing a Certificate of Responsibility from the State Board of Contractors. The Prime Bidder's Certificate Number must be placed on the outside of the sealed envelope or the bid will not be opened. Subcontractors requiring a Certificate of Responsibility must be listed, including their Certificate of Responsibility Number, on the Sub- Contractor List with the Bid.
