INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS

A.Bids signed and under seal,executed,and dated will be received at the following planroom, www.aercplanroom.com before 2 p.m. local daylight time on the 11th day of August
B.Offers submitted after the above time shall be returned to the bidder unopened.
C.Submit required Supplements To Bid Forms within 24 hours after closing time for receiving bids.
D.Amendments to the submitted offer will be permitted if received in writing prior to bid closing and if endorsed by the same party or parties who signed and sealed the offer.
2.02 CONTRACT TIME
A.Perform the Work in 45 calendar days. The bidder may suggest a revision to the Contract
Time with a specific adjustment to the Bid Amount.
B.The bidder,in submitting an offer,accepts the Contract Time period stated for performing the Work. The completion date in the Agreement shall be the Contract Time added to the commencement date.

3.01 CONTRACT DOCUMENTS IDENTIFICATION
A.Contract Documents are identified as Project Number 22143,as prepared by Architect
3.02 AVAILABILITY
A.Bid documents are being made available via original paper copy.Plan holders are required to log in and register for an account at www.aercplanroom.com to view and order Bid Documents. Bid documents are fully refundable,but they must be purchased through the website. Checks should be made payable to AERC, PLLC,and mailed to 607 West Main Stree, Tupelo,MS 38804. Questions regarding website registration and online orders should be directed to Plan House Printing at 662.407.0193.
B.Bid Documents are made available only for the purpose of obtaining offers for this project.
Their use does not grant a license for other purposes.
3.03 EXAMINATION
A.Upon receipt of Bid Documents verify the documents are complete. Notify Architect should document be incomplete.
B.Immediately notify Architect upon finding discrepancies or omissions in the Bid Documents.
1. Discrepancies in the Bid Documents that are not disclosed prior to Bid will be interpreted by the Owner & Architect to the most-stringent requirement.

B.Addenda may be issued during the bidding period. All Addenda become part of Contract
